Revisiting my blog after a while

When did last wrote well can't remember...to busy too blog..spending much quality time with work, family and study ...juggle hope I don't tumble...just gotten back from class. Yesterday and today was very hectic with assignments to be submitted and the presentation..My my I slept at 530am this morning and now a bit dizzy..
Alhamdullilah everything went well..Now in process to do my assignments, take home test etc.. in total 5 of them..

Allah..do gimme strength as I want to reconnect to my "backdated sleep"!!!

Braces and the My Sacrifices – Pain is Beautiful? Part 2

Hi everyone!!! I'm back with a new post with the same topic.. Remember when I told you guys I didn't know what lies ahead of me .... It's actually the PAIN and whatever discomfort feeling associated to have an alien item glued onto your teeth. This my frens, will be a torture for about a year and a half (18 months to be exact).

The problem pretty much started during my 1st attempt of eating...how it made me so so tense that I felt as if I had loose my chewing ability. No more luxury of biting or tearing food with my front teeth ...till now it is difficult to eat tough items, therefore I had to find solace with plain oats and only pureed items for the first till the fourth week..Even the wires are poking my inner cheek, causing ulcers and further discomfort. Oh dear!!

What have signed up myself to...<long sigh>

Any of you guys out there have had the experience wearing braces? Umm, now it’s my turn… I do find my upper front teeth are a bit protruding.. Jonganglah kata org Melayu but it’s not soo serious tho...So one day, out of the blue during my confinement period last 4 months, I  went to the dentist to get my braces done… Bolehke?...Patutnyer tunggulah lepas habis pantang ke but I couldn't care less...and this should be done years back zaman kanak2/teenagers.  Now baru nak buat…look at the pic, this is how the teeth gonna look like.

 

I happily headed to the dentist, completed my X-Ray, got my teeth molded, the impression and siap ambik gambar lagi for comparison later… Am now all set for installation on the next appointment. Luckily, mine don’t have so much of complication just that one tooth had to be extracted as the root was dying… Been ages that I have got my lil’ precious tooth… now to be extracted... sedih occay… On the positive side, I was quite ecstatic and already had picture of myself flashing them around but little that I know what lies ahead.

So came the day for installation, I sat down on the treatment chair, the dentist asked me to get my mouth widely opened to put in a gadget to sengkak my mouth ( pic right) Ingat perut jer yg kena sengkak…Takpe this one not painful still bearable… Dalam hati.."Ohh! gini caranya they all pakai braces  tak sakit pun...you don't even have to undergo anesthetic procedure.. lalala” (singing happy tunes inside my head). Tp punyerlah lenguh during the procedure sbb mulut and the jaw kena sengkak lama betul. In about 30 mins, Taraaa… I have got myself braces…SMILE …with the gigi besi..

Alhamdulillah!!! A full stomach is indeed a happy stomach! Don't cha agree?! Me and my colleagues had the birthday makan get together that I considered as the office "Mini Hari Raya Do" complete with delicious spread of Nasi Impit, Kuah Lontong, Kuah Kacang, Rendang, Sambal Bilis and Raya cookies on the table.

My thanks and salute to Nyza's mother who had prepared those wonderful food...Sedapnyer... Now, humming Raya tunes in my head "Selamat, Selamat Hari Raya, kami ucapkan pada semua, lalalala.. As usual makan tak ingat..Simply marvelous plus all of us dapat jugak bungkus bawak balik..

1st Time Blogging Hopefully Not the Last

Hi there! Finally.... my 1st time blogging...ppl out there have been doing these for almost a decade now and here I am  a "freshie" crawling in this arena. Well.. telling myself, no worries ..better late than never to share my piece of mind with families, frens, ex- colleagues and whoever interested in reading my posts...

So what's up today in JB? Apart from facing a wet rainy morning and cloudy atmosphere...Today suppose to call up RHB to reset my username, I tend to forget since this is a new account and quite comfortable with Maybank2u and CimbClicks, fyi, their websites are more user friendly..This is done..Then to call up UTM to get my 3rd Sem offer letter for EPF withdrawal to pay my MBA fees..

Whylah this time around you guys are late in processing this..later afraid that can't register my subject lorr..This one also checked...

In the office now and discreetly squeezing a bit of my time to blog, just heard from one of my colleague we gonna have staff birthday bash today...yummy occasion with cheesylicious sweetmeats and all.. The food already here ..It's time for chow down..can't wait...signing off now!!!
